The Research To The Teaching Objectives And Contents Of Football Course In The Colleges In Shanxi Province

This paper takes quality education as the core, and"placing the health in the first position"as new guiding idea. It combines"people-oriented". The research methods include literature review, questionnaire, statistics and so on. The paper analyzes the current teaching of the football course in the colleges and universities in Shanxi. It also gives a detailed and thorough research of the teaching objectives and contents,and give new objectives and contents of teaching system ,meanwhile it makes detailed analyses of influencing factor which gives theoretical reference to the teaching objectives and contents lf football course in the colleges. The research has the following indications:First, as for the teaching objectives of the football course in colleges and universities, teachers and students are divergent. The teachers are clear about the direction of the physical education's reform and it's general idea, and hold the aims of the course accurately , however , the students are influenced by the traditional physical education and the idea which is studying for examination, they still take"three basic subjects"and strengthening health as their studying aim---this should be concerned. Second teachers and students agree on the understanding of the teaching contents. They should learn the skills of kicking ball, holding the ball and heading a ball. They should also grasp the strategy of football and body practice. But there is bigger divergence on whether pay attention to the special theory of football, pretending movements and general skills, individual offensive and defensive tactics, endurance training and the effect of playing football to health.Third, there is still a room for the improvement of the rate of the football course in higher schools in Shanxi, and the teachers'sex and the age structure are out of proportion, the titles of the teachers tend to be lower, and young. But the fulfillment of the guiding idea is worse These restrain the fulfilling of the football course teaching aims and improving the teaching quality.In view of the problems, the paper gives the following suggestions. They are only the reference for every college and university to make the teaching reform and draw up the teaching documents for the football course .First, on the teaching objectives of the football course, we must take quality education as the core, stick to the idea"health is the first", We should make the students realize the function of football sports for promoting health by learning the skills, technology and theory of the football ,and make them grasp the basic knowledge of football sports and health. Having the basic skills of doing football exercises, the students will own a healthy body. Thus , they can set up a right attitudes toward health and lifelong sports'consciousness and form a habit of doing sports and become the persons with scientific sports quality. As for the teaching contents of the football course. We should emphasize feeling training, kicking ball and holding ball with inside of the foot, general skill., individual and partial tactics ,the rule of competence and match enjoyment. Improve the place and proportion in course system, and others as the curriculum when setting teaching outline.Third, those colleges which don't offer the football course should increase the instrument of football course hardware and software and improve the view of the football sports to promote the knowledge of campus culture, and offer the beneficial for the football course, and educate the young teachers by engaging in different advanced studies to improve the teachers'whole teaching standards and the research ability. Every college and university should arrange the teacher's sex and structure of the age properly, Meanwhile, each college and university should take effective steps to enrich the teachers for the further development of the football course.
