The resources'aggregation is the prior condition of excellent allocation and high-efficiency. The resources aggregation can not only increase the value of itself, producing"1+ 1> 2"effects.,but also the harmonious development between the resources and the resources, the external environment can promote resources'gathering and the environment improvement.The talent is an important strategic resource, and the talents'contention is booming in the world. The one who have talents will obtain the competition advantage. every country or region is hope to become a talent Correlation highland and continuously produce many policies and improve talent environment to draw on talent . We can know although various of policies come on in medium and western region of our country to attract talent, the phenomenon of"the southeast of the peacock fly"still plays more important part in the flow of people, and the flowing direction of talent are always those regions of high-level economic,good-living environment and good techno-culture environment, i.e. a region of high-level Urbanization.Scholars have made a lot of research results about the flowing of the talent and talent aggregation not only in the western country but also in our country. IN the world, these researches all agree with the reason of talent aggregation is that the region of aggregating talent has more advantage than region of flowing talent. These research results also provided valuable theories in application. But many of these researches have shortage in the two sides. First, a lot of scholars study the problem of talent aggregation by one of reasons of talent aggregation. The region advantage not only lie in economy and the level of income, but also in the humanities environment, ecosystem geography environment, social system, and etc. Because people are not"economic person", but"social person"or"complicated person". Second, a lot of scholars study talent aggregation only by qualitative analysis. According to this, this thesis introduces Urbanization to the frame of the research of talent aggregation, defining the talent aggregation and urbanization level, Researching the correlation between talent Aggregation and urbanization level. This thesis builds up the index system of the talent aggregation and urbanization level and researches the correlation between talent aggregation and urbanization level by quantitative analysis.This text is totally divided into four parts: The first part is the theories foundation. The second part is the theories analysis of the correlation between talent aggregation and urbanization level. The third part is positive research. The last part is conclusion and policy suggestion.
