In recent years due to the secondary vocational school too much emphasis on imparting professional knowledge and cultivate professional skills,the skills training,moral education,and even reduce the moral education,intensive class,lead to a lot of students problems: communication disorders,violence,and poor psychological endurance,characterized by interpersonal tension,fight or even a dozen a cluster,encountered a little problem will not appear even suicide phenomenon and so on.Many vocational schools are now aware of this problem and start to value moral education education.However,in the implementation of education,there is a phenomenon of idealism and dogmatism,which leads to the disconnection between moral education theory and moral education practice and the disconnection of students' knowledge.14 years after the revision of "the outline of secondary vocational school moral education," requested the students train to become party patriotic love,dream,law-abiding,have good moral character and behavior habits of the socialism qualified citizens...To be a qualified builder and a reliable successor to socialism with Chinese characteristics.This requires secondary vocational school should not only imparting knowledge to students of the education and skills training,more want to be in personal quality and artistic accomplishment,mental state,ethical aspects of their culture and education in all directions.This is an urgent need to construct an effective moral education mode,which can develop and integrate all moral education resources for the work of middle-level moral education and have good operability."Triad moral education" refers to the "the combination of school and Enterprise,the combination of course and management,and the combination of knowledge and practice”.Teaching in here refers to a broader sense of teaching,including professional courses,moral education and various activities organized by school.The combination of school and enterprise means the combination of the moral education in school and the training in enterprise.Through the cooperation with enterprise,school can make full use of the moral resources of the enterprise,absorb the essence of enterprise culture,cultivate students with school and enterprise culture.The combination of knowledge and practice means the consistence of students' cognitive and behavior.Firstly,by using a full range of moral education,students can put what they learned about moral education into practice.Secondly,school should strengthen the management and push students to form good habits so as to demonstrate a positive moral atmosphere.Thirdly,school should establish an evaluation system base on students' behavior and performance which discussed by teachers,student affairs office,head teacher and enterprises.By using investigation,the author of this paper has summed up the problems of moral education in vocational schools.After that,the author put forward the “the triad moral education”hypothesis and tried to apply it to the moral management in Huizhou Engineering Technical School.The evaluation of results verified the effectiveness of “triad moral education” pattern.From this research,it reconstruct the moral education in secondary vocational schools and explore a new pattern of moral education for Secondary Vocational School.
