The rapid development of information technology has brought profound changes to education. From the international perspective, whether we can combine the feasibility of extending the effective integration of information technology into education, and establish a student-centered classroom or not, has become an important indicator that education should adapt to the current development. This paper analyzes the current information technology training for secondary school teachers of the present situation and existing problems. Images of teachers of Zaoyang Lutou Senior Middle School in the light of the actual situation in Zaoyang City, launched a case study of information technology-based on school training.The first part discussed the theoretical basis of school-based training, including concepts, background, development, the significance of school-based training, characteristics, and functional problems.The second part mainly based on school training in information technology exposition on the survey analysis, the purpose of the survey, investigation and analysis.The third part discussed the design of information technology of school- based training, including needs analysis, the formulation of objectives ,defined contents and choices of training methods.The fourth part discussed specific information technology of school-based training, including planning, implementation and appraisal.Part V of information technology of school-based training summary concluded the basis of research results, points out the problems and deficiencies and gives recommendations.Based on the training of primary and secondary school teachers, information technology of school-based training should take on improving its teaching performance as basic starting point and then concentrate on improving teachers' performance in the use of information technology in teaching and learning.
