At present information technology has been wsed in Various fields all over the wold. In order to explore the integrative mode of information technology and teaching technology, based on study theory of constructivism and modern spreading theory, as a teacher of "science" in junior high school, we investigated and primarily practised the new teaching modes in the course of "science" for junior high school students. It is shown that the three new teaching modes integrated with informdtion technology: mocking investigation, mutimedium showing and network could be used as new ways in teaching "Science" which may improve the teaching quality and promote the studying efficiency of the students. More Teaching cases should be further investigated and tested so as to effectively and extensively use the ingormation techndogy in teaching.
