In the information age,basic education reform is imperative.Among them,improving teaching concepts and changing teaching methods have become the focus of basic education reform,and also an important way for schools to improve students' innovative thinking ability and comprehensive literacy.As a new educational concept,STEAM provides new ideas for the reform of the teaching model in China.PBL teaching mode is one of the commonly used teaching modes in school education in China.The information technology courses in primary and secondary schools are designed to cultivate students' information literacy,pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability and creative thinking ability,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students'comprehensive development.This research is based on the junior high school information technology course,integrates the STEAM concept into the PBL teaching mode,builds a PBL teaching mode based on the STEAM concept,and conducts teaching practice in the junior high school information technology course.The main contents of this study are as follows:First,based on the junior high school information technology course,build a PBL teaching model based on the STEAM concept.First of all,combing the current research situation of STEAM concept and PBL teaching model,and putting forward the idea of constructing PBL teaching model based on STEAM concept.Secondly,it analyzes the feasibility and basic principles of the PBL teaching model based on the STEAM concept.Thirdly,through questionnaires and interviews,the actual application of information technology teaching in junior high schools is investigated and existing problems are summarized.Finally,based on the current situation of junior high school information technology teaching,a PBL teaching model based on the STEAM concept is constructed.This mode mainly includes three stages before,during and after class,each stage has a corresponding teaching activity link.Second,the experimental design of the PBL teaching model based on the STEAM concept in junior middle school information technology teaching.First,determine the experimental objects,through the investigation of information technology teachers and students in the first grade of a middle school in Beijing,understand the basic learning situation of the first grade of the middle school,and randomly select two classes as the experimental class of this study;second,formulate The experimental implementation plan determines the problems of this experimental study-exploring the feasibility and teaching effect of the PBL teaching model based on the STEAM concept,and proposing experimental hypotheses—The PBL teaching model based on the STEAM concept can enhance students'creative ability.The PBL teaching model of the concept is used for teaching,and the experimental period is two months.The experimental results are determined by questionnaire survey,interview,scale test and other methods.Finally,carry out instructional design,including instructional goal design,instructional process design,and instructional evaluation design.Third,carry out teaching practice and analyze experimental results.In order to verify the feasibility and teaching effect of the PBL teaching mode based on the STEAM concept in the teaching practice of junior high school information technology,this study conducted a pedagogical experiment in a middle school in Beijing.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of teaching practice,first of all,interview teachers,learn and learn from teaching experience.Secondly,under the guidance of teachers,design specific teaching cases and implement teaching.After the experiment,first investigate the effects of experimental teaching from the perspective of teachers and students.Finally,the data analysis and processing tools SPSS and EXCEL were used to analyze the experimental data and draw experimental conclusions.The experimental research results show that the PBL teaching mode based on the STEAM concept not only enhances the students' learning interest,but also enhances their creative thinking ability,and then verifies the experimental hypothesis and obtains the expected research results.
