In the basic education stage of our country,there are always many problems in the teaching of information technology,and among them,the single classroom teaching mode has always been a major problem of information technology education in the basic education stage of our country.However,the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching mode is quite different from the traditional t eaching mode.It changes the roles of teachers and students,and has been widely developed and p romoted in other disciplines,especially in medical teaching.To solve the information technology te aching in basic education stage of the teaching problems,this study will apply the PBL teaching mode in the teaching of the junior middle school information technology subject,and the purpose is to verify that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the PBL teaching mode is more con ducive to improving the students' problem solving ability,interest in learning,cooperative learning ability,independent learning ability and information ability.At first,this study consults and collates the PBL teaching mode's development and the presen t research situation,and gives the definition of PBL teaching mode.This research is mainly based on constructivism theory,cooperative learning theory,and situated learning theory as the theoretica l basis,designs the application of PBL teaching mode to the junior high school information techno logy course,and selects two classes in the S middle school as the research object,One class serv ed as the experimental class and the other as the control class.The quasi-experimental research m ethod of "pre-test--post-test non-peer control group" was adopted to carry out the research.Quest ionnaire survey was conducted on two classes before and after the experiment.After the experime nt,six students were randomly selected from each class for interviews.According to the data obtained by the researcher in the experiment of a semester,it can be s een that: PBL teaching mode is conducive to improving students' problem-solving ability;PBL teac hing mode is conducive to improving students' learning interest.PBL teaching mode is conducive t o improving students' cooperative learning ability.PBL teaching mode is conducive to improving st udents' autonomous learning ability.PBL teaching mode is beneficial to improve students' informati on ability.And this research gets the experimental conclusion: PBL teaching model can help infor mation technology teachers improve teaching quality;PBL teaching mode can cultivate students' co mprehensive ability.Schools should provide more help in the development of information technolog y course.What's more,this research gets the practical experience,and reflects on the problems in the experiment.
