The Research On Differentiated Training Students Of Local Undergraducate College Of Educational Techonoloy

As local undergraduate college, in culturing students of Educational Technology, there are several different and insufficient of the level ,position-setting, technicality and student placement between Province college and Education Department, students can accommodate social needs and widen the channel of career only if school must make different of specific training and have higher request for various kinds of skill of student.In this paper, there are five chapter. These discussed how to make difference in culturing Educational Technology student of local undergraduate college.In the first chapter,the thesis introduces the development of Edcational Technology of udergraduate level in our country.In the second chapter, from the college level ,position-setting, the characteristic of the speciality, analyze the reason that local undergraducate college has differences in Educational Technology.In the third chapter, discuss that implement thought of diversity culture for students which is Educational Technology in local undergrucate college , and design the culture progress.In the fourth chapter, serving the JIANGHAN University as an illustration,proposal that the model of classroom instructional modularization and diversity practice instruction, and analyze the result of implement.In the fifth chapter, summarize the subject and prospect researches.The thesis realize the Conditions of Educational Techology which offer course in local college. And it analyze the social reality needs,and explain the general trait and problem of local undergraduate college ,and the differentiated training planning about Educational Techology student. On this basis, proposal several advice for Educational Technology construction of local undergraduate college.
