Research On The Reform Of Talent Training Mode In The Transformation Process Of New Local Undergraduate Colleges

New-founded local undergraduate college as the higher educational institutions serving the whole society and local,has became the mainstay of training undergraduate level applied talents.China is in the key period of the development of social transformation,China's socio-economic and science has developed rapidly, and therefore the industry requires a lot of talents person who with a solid theoretical knowledge and also has a skilled professional practice of outstanding talents. Meanwhile, the popularization of higher education background to higher education in China has brought a profound structural change, particularly in the bottom of higher education "ivory tower", New-founded local undergraduate college facing a lots difficulties, such as how to locate colleges, how to set up professional curriculum,what kind of teachers and talents do we need. Therefore, the transformation of new-founded local undergraduate college is the objective requirements of social development and economic restructuring, and the inevitable requirement of constructing a large vocational education system, also the inevitable trend of diversified development of higher education.In that way,what kind of applied talent after the transformation? What characters do this type of application-oriented talents with? How to cultivate this kind of application-oriented talents?This study proceeds from these issues, combined with the current situation and socio-economic development needs, analysis New-founded local undergraduate college's various problems during training talents,then make preliminary discussion and research about built new-founded local undergraduate college applied talents training mode.This study mainly from four parts.Firstly,make a thorough inquiry of New-founded local undergraduate college's theoretical basis, and the logical basis of academic and vocational education, namely to explore the root of why the problem of transition.Then discussed the experience of foreign applications Talents and application of foreign technologies Talents common features, foreign training applied talents start early than us, and development better, thus providing a helpful reference for our learning experience.Finally, based on analysis of the current New-founded local undergraduate college's Personnel Training Mode on emerging issues, discusses the Talents Training Pattern of University of Applied Sciences, put forward the effective way of the undergraduate level and applied talents training mode from the operational level.
