Teacher's professional development is now the hot educational research at home and abroad, which is one of the direction of teacher education reform in our country. Chinese is the basic discipline of elementary education, so the professional language teachers for the comprehensive development play an important role on the professional development of language. Teachers are highly theoretical and practical significance. Combining with the author's practical work experience, this paper focuses on professional development of Chinese teacher in junior high school. This paper, which is based on Marxist philosophy, pedagogy and language pedagogy, and other disciplines relevant theory, and with characteristics of professional development of Chinese teacher in junior high school, studied systematically professional development of Chinese teacher in junior high school.This article from the junior high school language teachers, professional development of the existing problems, pointing out that at this stage of the junior high school language teachers lack expertise in aging, weak sense of self-professional development, education and teaching capacity development is not balanced, inter-regional junior high school language teachers differences in the level of professional development, and for junior high school language teaching the lack of effective professional development division evaluation mechanisms, and so on. Junior high school language teachers, professional development of the main reasons from four aspects: the impact of social factors, school factors, inherent in the development of language education in junior high school and junior high school language teachers model their own conditions.Control professional development standards, my teachers to a certain extent, achieved the requirements of professional standards, but because of our teacher education is the development of a late start, teacher professional development needs continuous efforts. With the development of modern education and professional development of language teachers in junior secondary characteristics, we believe that junior high school language teachers, professional development should be independent professional awareness; Expertise; Professional competence; several professional affective quality efforts.How effective professional development of language teachers is in the research focus on this thesis, according to junior high school language teacher professional development of existing problems and influencing factors, the authors propose a junior high school language teachers, professional development of several responses: 1, updating educational concept and establishing social development of junior high school language teacher training objectives. 2, handling career planning of Chinese teachers in junior high school, professional development and enhance their self-consciousness. 3, adjusting curriculum and enhance the development of pre-professional level. 4, improving in-service training of Chinese teacher in junior high school. 5, establishing a appropriate Chinese teacher accreditation and evaluation system.
