In order to obtain the good teacher’ successful experience, this paper collects related materials, summarizes the common features of Chinese excellent teachers, analysis all kinds of good teachers in their growth with the internal and external factors on the growth of teachers.These that excellent teachers’ comprehensive quality and teaching ability can improve the new teachers’ developing. In the process of research and material sorting, I mainly grasp how teachers can call them as good teachers for middle school, good Chinese teacher’s professional development contains something of connotation,a good teacher in the process of its specialization is how to grow, what is the value that the Chinese teachers become a good teacher for teaching activities of the participants of the four aspects of the paper.The first chapter is to summary the value of the outstanding Chinese teachers. As the direct participants of teaching activities——teachers and students, good teachers have different values, excellent teachers respect students, they have important influence to the students’ personality growth, knowledge accumulation, the formation of values, and the style of doing things and so on. For teachers, good colleagues can change their career ideals and the values of life, attitude.At the same time, they also could be inspires and stimulated to them to improve the teachers’professional ability and the comprehensive quality of ascension, to inspire them to participate in all activities that are conducive to work and health of body and mind. The Chinese teachers on behalf of itself is a kind of culture, and they carry out various activities that contain culture on the basis of language to the participants influence is self-evident.The contribution for the construction of campus culture is with the development of the activities penetrated into the activities of the link.The second chapter reviewes the study of excellent Chinese teachers’ professional development. In this paper summaries the research status quo of research scholars to outstanding Chinese teacher and the combing of existing material, from teachers to be scholars of the researchers and their research perspectives, the educators research way of the study of the subject and the form of record or report to the general scholars. According to the research situation of scholars both at home and abroad and the related academic literature on the core concepts of this article: a good Chinese teacher, the teacher specialization, the language teacher’s professional development on concept definition, around these definitions as the main objects of study involved in the content of the paper.Chapter3lists two outstanding Chinese teachers——Qian MengLong and Li Jilin to teacher growth experiences in the process of analysis. In order to prove the teachers’ personal quality and outside forces are the important to the teachers professional development. Such as Qian MengLong’s elementary school teacher plays an important part in his life, the public class——"yu gong yi shan" is important to his teacher’s career, his persistent of Chinese education belief and the hard study make him to create the "SanZhu Sishi". Because of the childhood experience aspires Li Jilin to become a teacher, she chooses to become a teacher and selects normal professional education,amateur life and so on is in preparation to become a teacher. Whether in prosperity or adversity, in order to use a variety of conditions for the development of students, she always adhere to the long road of teaching research, eventually she becomes an education expert.The fourth chapter is according to present course teaching reform goal and current Chinese standard for the language teacher’s new requests to teachers professional development to explain. According to The new Six goals and Chinese Curriculum in the new curriculum concept, as well as the above data, contents and strategies of Chinese teacher’s professional development, this part explicits a Chinese teacher should reserve knowledge of the subject and must have abilities and quality. In allusion to request of the new curriculum and the advices provided by literature, education workers and the prompting teachers’ professional development strategy,these strategies will promote the overall quality of teachers.
