| 'Program of Education Revolution and Development in China' indicates that: High school and elementary school should transfer their orbit from test-oriented education to the comprehensive improvement of country's quality, face all the students, generally improve students' quality in moral character, knowledge, working skill, physical and psychological quality, accelerate the lively development of students and run their own characteristic.Obvious changes in students' life take place after they graduate from elementary school and enter high school. Not only the huge change in study assignment and characteristic, but also in the way of teaching and management. There are distinct differences in environment, assignment and management between high school and elementary school. How to solve the education joining problem between them is what we should pay attention to, also is the privotal question to be resolved in this article.In text, author adopts nature questionnaire experimentation, refers to literatures and compares them. This thesis intends to achieve the researchful objective below through the research of education joining problem in moral education, knowledge education, study direction, general practice activity and personality cultivation between high school and elementary school:1 .construct reasonable managing mode in education joining problem between high school and elementary school2.explore effective approach and measure in education joining problem between high school and elementary school3.largely enhance the quality of teacher and student in school and improve the level of school runningNine-year compulsory education is a mainsystem combined by two subsystem which are elementary school education and high school education. If we conform every element to the system and harmonize the correlation between two subsystem and their elements to exert its optimal function, it will make the education join better and become an interrelative and interdependent integer.
