This text proceeds with national literature upsurge phenomenon in recent years and look for the social reason behind it. Reflect the worry that people lack to value of present social morals and spiritual civilization, reveal the drawback existing in contemporary education. Under the circumstances that people wish eagerly to return to traditional culture and reform the education system, the text scrutinize the Confucianists' educational view and education behavior again, in order to summarize the valuable thing and look for the beneficial enlightenment from them, as well as remeding the deficiency of contemporary education.The thesis is divided into four parts:Part one, Perspect the upsurge phenomenon of national literature. It takes the phenomenon of reading national literature which appears at present and the dispute about the greatly difference educational pattern as example, analyzes the social psychology of these phenomenon, reveal the worry of people to this confused social values and reinvent national aspiration of spirit. The reflection about traditional culture which was ruptured many times since modern times and the discontent to all sorts of drawbacks existing in contemporary school education is included.Part two, Review contemporary education. Analyze the drawback existing in school education, the two main point is lighted. First, the inflation of intellectual. Second, moral is vague and general. The first respect, it is analyzed that the school at the pressure of the exam-oriented education, cause the problem that the unitarity of the train objective, knowledge structure proportion out of balance, the neglect of student's individual character. It competely shows the utilitarianism inclination in conspicuous contemporary education. The second respect, it is analyzed that moral teaching is formalization. It reveals the drawbacks that the moral shape with political lesson, dogma of moral and morals appraisal to student formalized. Moral has important meanings in students' morals intuitive knowledge and cultivation of spiritual civilization, the disappearance of moral brings on some bad phenomena in the society most probably too, including the lose of sympathy and lose of civilized etiquette.Part three, Sum up the education views of the Confucianists. Take " Analects of Confucius " as the main example to analyze education thought and education behavior of Confucius. First, Confucius' education relies mainly on training personality, it is the typical soul education. He requires students to regard " benevolence " as the supreme moral standard, become the gentleman with ripe intelligence finally through cultivating oneself constantly and standardizing the behavior. Second, Confucius' equal education idea, practise cordial teaching. Under the idea that has no differences, he set up equal, harmonious teacher-student relationship with students. Third, Confucius pays great attention to inspire thinking in the educational course. He emphasizes the importance of well teaching skill of the teacher and the well learning ability of the student, requires students not merely want to be good at studying, but also be good at thinking, as well as to apply all have learn to the actual life.Part four, Probe into enlightenment of the Confucianists' educational view and behavior to the contemporary education. First of all, we may learn the importance of student's ethical consciousness trains from soul education which Confucius pay attention to and some spiritual crises which the society has already presented. It is educator's arduous and long-term task to cultive students' ethical intuitive knowledge and social responsibility and make it become students' consciousness of morals. Secondly, It should show the glamour of the education of Chinese to the humane care. It should pay attention to the infiltration of the emotion in Chinese teching, train students' morals sentiment imperceptibly. Moreover, It should establish equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship. The relationship between teachers and students is getting worse nowsday. To rebuilt the relationship between them must be on the foundation that both sides understand and talk each other again. The teacher must puts down the identity and close to students voluntarily, listen patiently, observe carefully. And the students show more modesty and understanding, then the teacher-student relationship will get more and moe harmonious.This text initiates the thinking of present school education from the upsurge phenomenon of social national literature, perspects traditional culture through hot phenomena in nowadays. It looks for some supplementary education experience and intelligence and from national literature .In writing I reap some enlightenment and hope to share it with all educators.
