| Era forward,the more importance is increasingly prominent,knowledge and education status and role of the increasingly prominent,new times education is the most fundamental task is to cultivate new can bear his national rejuvenation era.Xi Jinping has pointed out that young people in the new era should be those who have "sunshine in their hearts and strength under their feet",that is,they should have positive values and mentality,and be able to practice effectively,and show effective and positive behaviors.High school and middle school students can effectively conduct positive behavior management,can effectively promote the overall development of High school and middle school students,promote the development of education quality,so that High school and middle school students become outstanding builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview method,based on the highly efficient positive behavior characteristics,and the characteristics of the High school and middle school students' behavior,draw lessons from Parker(2010)about positive working behavior scale,wrote a highly positive behavior survey questionnaire,the questionnaire is divided into eight dimensions active behavior,altruistic behavior,responsible behavior,positive feedback search behavior,advice to share behavior,innovation behavior,task negotiation behavior and prosocial behavior,including 35 item.Through literature review analysis of the questionnaire and interview,the reason for the existence of the highly efficient positive behavior management,from which the students subjective internal and external objective,is lack of middle school students' internal motivation and external drive is not strong,embodied in: active consciousness existence anxiety,lack of cooperation consciousness weak willpower behavior efficiency is not high;Teachers lack of effectiveness of class autonomous management atmosphere is not strong school culture performance effect is not obvious in the family education of middle school students of highly efficient behavior management ignored based on this,this study from the aspect of student teachers level school level is proposed to promote efficient positive behavior management effective strategies for middle school students,respectively is: trains the student to set a positive values,cultivate students' positive mentality,use optimistic explanation style to solve interpersonal relationship,training students' strong will quality,cultivate students highly efficient behavior;Teacher effectiveness training,strengthen the class autonomous management;To construct the efficient school culture,to build the efficient learning organization,to strengthen the efficient positive behavior of middle school students,to establish an effective efficient positive behavior evaluation mechanism... |
