In recent years,the government are paying more and more attention to vocational education.As the increasing numbers of students,more and more scholars also pay attention to the research of vocational school students classroom behavior management.And the discussion mainly focus on the classification of classroom behavior,the performance of classroom management and the factors which can affect students classroom behavior.But there are few scholars do research on the secondary vocational students' behavior management in English classroom.The English course is considered as the compulsory courses of secondary vocational students.For its nature,it belongs to foreign language course.For secondary vocational students,they have little chance to speak and use English in their daily life.English classroom is the main place for students to study and communicate with other people by English.The research of the management of the students' behavior management plays an important part in the research of students' classroom behavior management.So what kind of behavior do vocational students conduct in English classroom and how do the English teacher show students to conduct effective classroom management are also very important.They play an important role in students' language learning acquisition and English teachers' effective classroom teaching.We should focus on students' classroom behavior management in English classroom.The author selected a full-time secondary school in Le Shan city as the research sample.The research is based on the study of the existing classroom behavior management references.The author mainly use the research ways of questionnaire investigation,interview investigation and observation investigation to do research on the students behavior in our school's English classroom.With the reference of the scholars' existing students classroom behavior management research and the characters of our students,the author summarizes the classification of students behavior in English classroom.Based on the research of students' behavior performance,we can know about the present situation of students' behavior management in our school's English Classroom.According to the investigation results,the author analyzes the main problems of classroom management behavior in English classroom.The author analyzes the main problems of students' behavior management from the following five aspects: The students' self-restraint ability is low,and the management of behavior problem behavior is difficult.Because of the poor management behavior of teachers,the result is not very good.Their management is lack of depth,and the teachers' targeted classroom management is not effective,the feature of English classroom management style is not very obvious.How to treat and conduct students' different behaviors in different ways is also not effective.By doing research,the author gave us some effective strategies to improve our students classroom behavior management.We should cultivate students' autonomous management awareness,improve their self-management ability.We also should improve teachers' classroom behavior management by various ways.English teachers should communicate and cooperate with other teachers to strengthen students' classroom behavior management.The school should provide the overall optimization strategies to strength students' classroom behavior management.The author also hopes the research can help our school teachers and other vocational school teachers to improve their students' classroom behavior management level.
