Research On Mental Health Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students In Henan Private Colleges And Universities

In October 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping stated in the report of the 19 th National Congress that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the advent of the new era,our national education has flourished.According to statistics,there are currently 734 colleges and universities(including 275 independent colleges),accounting for 28.7% of the total number of colleges and universities nationwide;the number of students in the school is 6.09 milions,accounting for the national total 17.7%,the status of private higher education in China's higher education is gradually improving.In September 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that "cultivating people is the primary issue of education.Our education must insist on the use of foster character and civic virtue as a fundamental task,and cultivate moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.The development of socialist builders and successors." Based on the new era,the mainstream of college students' thinking shows a sunny,positive,healthy and upward trend,and strengthens the concern for college students' mental health,especially the mental health education of private college students.It is related to "Cultivating people,how to train people",which must solve the fundamental problems in the development of China's socialist education.Fully close to and understand the students,continuously improve the working methods,and guide students to shape good psychological quality,so as to solve various psychological obstacles in their study and life.This study takes the students of Henan private colleges as the survey object,and uses the Chinese college students' mental health questionnaire to test the mental health status of 1147 private college students in three different regions of Henan,and grasps the basic situation of mental health of college students in Henan private colleges.Based on the data,this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of the mental health status of college students in Henan private universities.The first part is an introduction.It mainly includes research background,research purpose and significance,domestic literature review and research review.The second part elaborates the two aspects of the concept of mental health and the standard of mental health of college students.In addition,the three universities of psychology research are also elaborated.These three universities are said to be the basis of theory and research.The third part is an empirical study on the mental health of college students in Henan private universities.Data were obtained through questionnaires and further analysis of the data.Based on the survey results,the fourth part summarizes the main problems of the mental health of college students in Henan province and analyzes the influencing factors.The fifth part puts forward the effective countermeasures and suggestions for the mental health work of college students in Henan private universities from the four levels of school,family,individual and society.
