Many countries in the world have had all kinds of reforms in educational concept and contents since 1980's. So has our country. It is aimed at developing the students'scientific qualifies in order to made them adapt to the development of society. It emphasizes the importance of activity. This is the most distinguishing point. As for chemistry, we should have all kinds of activities based on chemical experiments, so that the students can experience the process of questioning. In this way, they can have the ability of exploring. Strengthen the consciousness of questioning. It can make students sustainable.As for teaching, we should design as following. How can we design to make our students improve their scientific qualities? These questions are all the focuses of the chemistry teachers all over the countryThis article mainly base on these teaching theories, analyzing components of them. It mainly study how to design the teaching plates based on four basic elements ,so that other teachers may have references from it and many students can also benefit from it .This article contains four parts.Part one: Raising questions.It briefly introduces how the article comes about.Part two: Theories.It mainly explains what are class teaching plate, scientific researches, and constructional theory.Part three: ConclusionIt mainly talks about the result of performing strategies.
