Children behavioral problems are common phenomenon during development, involve in biology psychology and environment. Children behavioral problems in common comprise school work problem ,emotion problem ,problem ,habit disturbance, adolescent age problem. Children in growth and development stage, are at a important period of personality formation and rapid body and mind development all around . previous character formation and abnormal behavior not only influence children`s study , daily life, social activities directly, but also result in Social maladaptation, emotional disorder , drug abuse, delinquent behavior, mental disorder in adulthood, accordingly Children behavioral problems are paid close attention to extensively.Scientific evaluation of Children behavioral problems status , objective analysis influential factor, formulation of prophylactic and therapeutic measurements, on the basis of Children body and mind development regularity and feature, deliberate instruction and train to culture normal behavior ,are the premise of prevention of children behavioral problems, maintenance and elevation children mental health level. in favor of Children body and mind development healthily and elevation of population quality in long-term.Currently, the growth of Children and juvenile is faced with unprecedented challenge in our country. According to 22 provinces coordination investigation: the total incidence of Children aged 4-16 behavioral problems is 12.9%±2.2%,average 13.5% among the only child in one's family. long-term follow-up indicate : behavioral problems during the stage of Children and juvenile may improve with amelioration of environment and lessen of study tension gradually, but some may last to adult period to a great extent . if amelioration afterward, may have lost the most optimal chance of education and influence school work. Difference between city and countryside in living environment, culture consciousness, economics level may influence behavior style.Our study take advantage of Children and juvenile mental health of mental health department of city first special hospital during 2004-2006, survey on Children and juvenile behavioral problems, of Yingkou city and countryside. To explore the differences of juveniles behavior problems between town and country. To invest better strategy to perform mental intervention in behavioral problems in effect., and provide theoretical basement for elevation of children life quality and health level overall. Investigations were conducted in students aged 6~16 years old randomly selected from one general infant ,primary ,junior high and senior high school of both town and country in Yingkou district using the Conners Child Behavior Rating Scale (CCBRS). Total recalled effective questionnaires were 1012,of them 517 from countryside and 495 from town. Invest 240 boys aged 11.24 at average, 273 girls aged 11.42 at average in the city, 249 boys aged 11.02 at average, 250 girls aged 10.95 at average at the countryside. Each factor score of Conners Patents Scale was higher in countryside than in town(P?0.05 or 0.01), and so was the subscale score of the inattention/passion and hyperactivity index of Conners Teachers Scale. There were differences between town and country in ages and gender. Compared with urban students, rural ones can have more personal conduct problems, studying difficulty, hyperactivity and emotional problems, especially in the children aged 12~16 years old. Children and juvenile at the countryside compared with those in the city, manifest more problem ,learning difficulty, hyperkinetic behavior, Emotional problem, and may influence their future mental health directly, accordingly, more close attention should be paid , more effective health instruction should be taken to insure Children and juvenile develop healthily...
