The relation between the teachers and students is the mostimportant interpersonal relationship in the school, which directly affects the success or failure of the teaching and the realization of the school function.The conflict between the teachers and students is the most basic contradiction among the relations of teachers and students .Viewed from the massive educational facts, the interactional relation between the teachers and students is not only consistent, harmonious and coordinate but also divergent, resistant and conflicting . Also the conflict is often inevitable.The teaching and educatee of the Vocational school have its particularity. So the conflict occurs more easily.This article attempts to start off with the present situation of the conflict, take the real data of the investigation report as a foundation. Also it seeks the origin of conflict from different angle of view and the strategy of the solution and prevention to the conflict ,so that the teaching staff and teaching administrators can know the inevitability ,face it correctly and reply for it positively.Besides,they can adopt the scientific strategy to prevent the conflict and the effective strategy to solve the conflict.Thus,we can construct the harmonious campus, establish the democratic and harmonious relation between the teachers and students.This article mainly discusses status quo,cause of formation and prevention strategy of the confilct with the methods of questionnaire survey as well as the combination of the interview and academic analysis,which is based on certain vocational school in Dongying city.The full text contains five parts: First part: Elaborate the background of selected topic, the researching situation, the research significance and aim in detail.Second part: Elaborate the elementary theory of the conflict between the teachers and students. Delimite its research scope and meaning.Third part:Based on the thorough data in the investivation report analyse the influence on teaching and the concrete reason including two sides,teacher and student.Fourth part: Viewed from the pedagogy, the psychology and the sociology, analyze the conflict reasons between the teachers and students.Fifth part: Propose the coping strategy of the conflict. Mainly elaborate immediate solution strategy and the prevention strategy.The innovation of this article:One, analyse the conflict between the teachers and students in vocational school thoroughly and pointedly.Two ,compared to the former research results, this article pays great attention to conflict solution according to teachers' and students'characteristic, and make psychological problem of the teachers and students as an important strategy for preventing conflict.
