Teacher-student conflict, as a serious impact on the negative behavior of a harmonious campus in recent years, more and more the educators concerned, It is necessary for teachers and students to make a correct understanding of conflict and a depth research. The 4th meeting of 17th Central Committee of CCP proposed to strengthen and improve party building under the new situation. Scientific development and building a harmonious society is the strongest voice in todays society. The teacher-student conflict is the divergence in our harmony society. The author according to the causes of conflict from the teachers and students starts on how to better communicate with harmony and avoid conflict. To explore why the conflict between teachers and students, as well as teacher-student conflict may lead to adverse consequences analysis, in order to propose appropriate measures to promote more harmonious relations between teachers and students for creating a new harmonious campus together. In this paper, from school, family and society, three areas author analyzed the causes of the conflict caused by teachers and students and analyzed the corresponding measures too. These responses of teacher-student conflict can become the theoretical research and practical exploration provide as reference components.
