A Study Of The Professional Development Of Middle School English Teachers Set In The Current Curriculum Reformation

There is a mutual developmental effect between the curriculum reform and the professional development of the middle school English teachers. On one hand, the curriculum reform provides orientation for the teachers' professional development. On the other hand, the English teachers' professional development provides motives for the curriculum reform. In education fulfillment, the curriculum reform provides new ways for the professional development of the teachers. The curriculum reform is for sure to bring about the improvement and professional development of the English teachers.From the perspective of the Chinese new curriculum reform, the paper strives to pay close attention to the motive of the foreign and domestic curriculum reform and the special demands for the teachers. It also studies the special characteristics of the teachers under the circumstance of the new curriculum reform.
