Higher Education and Industry Cooperation is a primary principle for running higher vocational schools all over the world to follow together. In recent years, higher vocational schools have not only made a large amount of exploration, but also acquired some successful experiences. However, as higher vocational education in our country started a bit late, HEIC is still in the primary stage. As a result, the development of different regions and different schools is unbalanced. Backward concept, imperfect management system and unformed motivation mechanism are all the"bottleneck"problems which restrict and influence the HEIC of higher vocational schools. While targeting at the HEIC of Zhejiang Textile & Fashion College, the research applies the method of case study to exploring the model of the HEIC in higher vocational schools. Based on the literature review, the thesis discusses the regional background and school conditions of the HEIC of Zhejiang Textile & Fashion College, then expounds the practical modes and experiences of HEIC, and further analyzes the popularity and existing limit of this mode. The end of thesis makes a summary and reflection over the research. As demonstrated by the research, the success of the HEIC of Zhejiang Textile & Fashion College mainly benefits from the needs of local economic development. As a cooperation model which dominates government, enterprise and school, the mode, though achieving success, still embodies local features, school features and artificially imposed characteristics, with a certain temporariness and fortuity, which just brings difficulty to its popularity . Meanwhile, the research is only an attempt of case study, with its own vivid features, it is limited by singular perspective and non-versatile research method.
