Content:In the information age, along with the transition of industrial structure from the machine industry to the informationization, puts forward new requirements to the worker’s knowledge ability, put forward higher requirements on the overall quality of workers, from the point of view of educational economics, social economy and the development of scientific technology can provide a more favorable environment for the education teaching material, but also puts forward to the education training need appropriate economic development workers, education must meet the challenges of the information society, education information elements are indispensable. By learning to master and use information technology, improve their information consciousness and information ability, so that learners learn how to learn, learn to think, learn to cooperate, learn to create, have a strong sense of social responsibility, to have the lifelong study ability, become an all-round development of the people, to do this, the teacher must have certain information literacy, information literacy of students to education and influence, so it can be said that the teacher’s information literacy level is one of the important factors affecting the social worker integrated ability, as teachers should have a strong information literacy, to complete this glorious and sacred occupation of teachers.The Dalian Development Zone Binhai school teachers as the research object, through a questionnaire survey and interview survey method, main contents of investigation:Binhai school teachers’basic quality status, existing problems and improvement measures. The main work and contributions are:(1) through the investigation of basic information for all the teachers and students, conducted a survey analysis; information technology literacy of the teachers in my school status.(2) discuss the existing school teachers with information technology literacy deficiencies and countermeasures.(3) to explore the implementation steps of information technology literacy of the teachers training specific.
