The higher education in our country has become more and more popular, and there are more and more people doubt the quality of high education, especially vocational education. Judge from the new angle, the education quality is good or not should depend on the "product" (the graduator) whether meet the need of the "client" (the employee). During these years, people pay a lot of attention to the quality of vocational education and the problem of the graduator in obtaining employment. The core matter between these two problems is that the graduator can meet the need of the human resource market or not.This essay connected closely with the practical working experience and analysed the problem both from the graduates and the employees. Applying questionnaire inquiry, face-to-face chat, literature investigation in studying the career moral, professional skills and body and mind quality of the graduates, and find out the graduates of vocational college do not meet the need of the employee. The reasons are listed as following: career moral is not good, lacking core competitive ability, body is not strong and mind is not health. Many factors caused the result and the essay paid its attention on the education goal of high vocational college and the not perfect evaluating system. At last, the author gives a proposition --"take employment as the guide in education" and "new educational mode", expecting to promote the vocational education quality and the graduate can meet the need of employees.
