With the constant expansion of collcgc enrollment, difficult employment problems of theCollege Students have become the hot and knotty issues conccrncd widely by the wholesociety.. Solving the problem of employment college students can help them obtain suitableemployment opportunities and development opportunities. At the same times, it has someimportant theoretical and practical value to the national implementation of the Talent strategyand the healthy development of a harmonious society. As it is showed, previous studies mostlyfocus on the students’ major or the increased number of jobs from the government the researchof the ability of job hunting can’t enhance their inner, essential competitiveness. According tothis, this paper focus on the difficult employment problems of college graduates whichanalyzes the current situation of college students’ comprehensive quality, evaluation ofuniversity students’ employment ability, and ifnds out the inlfuence on college students1employment ability of subjective and objective factors,,According to quality test theory ofuniversity students’ employment ability extracts the evaluation index, the empirical analysismethod, it can be found out that the deficiencies of the collcgc students’ employment ability ofthe, thus, this research humbly provide some suggestion to improve the ability of collegestudents’ employment,The main work and innovation results of this paper arc as follows:1, The employment ability of college students’ evaluation index system based on thequality assessment theory. Through the visit to Shaanxi college students’ employmentsupervising department and part of Shaanxi universities and enterprises, revealed theunderstanding arid view on collcgc students’ employment ability, the real situation of theuniversity students1employment, collecting and checking relevant documents and material andthe arrangement of interview content. The subjcctivc and objcctivc factors that inlfuence theemployment ability of the college students are analyzed and the employment ability of collegestudents evaluation index system based on the quality assessment theory is reifned, includinglearning, metal bearing,teamwork, work adapting, practice ability, which provides the basisfact for the formation of questionnaire in the following empirical study.2. The present situation of college students’ employment ability is empirically analyzed. This paper uses The Likert type of7-point college students’ employment ability rating scalequestionnaire as the open questionnaire with interception interview, literature search methodsto test the college students’ attitudes towards the different employment ability. The universitystudents’ employment ability is evaluated. Based on the empirically analysis, the collecteddata from questionnaires was taken by the students in Xian Shiyou University, which appliedthe Bayes classifier and the complex correlation coefficient method MATLAB7.0software.3. The solution of promoting college students’ employment ability. Focusing on theproblems of universities about college students’ quality assessment, form the point of view ofuniversity, government and individual, this paper makes the attempt to provide a solution onthe strengthening of the employment ability of the university students, and how to promotethe employment ability college students.
