Study On College Students' Employment Problem And Countermeasure Under The Background Of College Expansion

Along with the employment system of graduates transform unified distribution which be the same with the planned economy to the independent choosing profession which be fit to market economy ,our country has formed the new employment mechanism, which taking the market as the guidance, regulated by the government ,recommended by school, practicing graduate and employer two-way job choice. After 1999, the university started to expand incurs, the number of university graduates rapid increase, the employment rate drop, it became very difficult for the graduate to get employed. The study tries to elaborate that the university expands incurs has influenced the employment of university graduates, from the labor market supplies angle of view and propose the strategies and the suggestion in this foundation.Besides introduction, there are another four parts in the study.The first part firstly limits the concepts of employment and the employment of graduates; by the same time introduces the characteristic of the employment of graduates simply. After making the basic concept clear, it introduces and analyzes the condition of the employment of graduates in our country. The first part is the base of the study.The second part is the key part of the study. It firstly introduces the background and actuality of the university expands incurs, then elaborates that the university expands incurs has influenced the employment of university graduates ,it is including: making the total quantity of the labor force supplies change between the first labor market and the second labor market and intensifying the university graduate's supply and demand to be contradictory; enlarging the disparity between specialized establishment of university and the demand of talented person for economic society developing; has not alleviated the contradiction which the second labor market fall short of university graduates.The third part proposes that people should be rational to comprehend the relation of the university expands incurs as well as the employment of graduates and the fact it is difficult for the university student to looking for the work.The fourth part proposes the strategies and the suggestion from the system and the idea angle of view.
