Psychology research shows, a man's success consists of intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor. Intelligence factor consists of perception , memory, thought, imagination and so on, it is the basic link in qualified personal training; non-intelligence factor consists of interest, motivation ,emotion, will, character etc, it has some functions such as driving force, adjustment,which is the key link in the qualified personal training. Meanwhile, combining intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor, students may get efficient in study; it's impossible if one only has higher intelligence comparing with the person whose intelligence factor doesn't combine non-intelligence factor. Therefore, it's not only necessary but also important to make research in the non-intelligence among the students' studying activities.Chinese writings in classical styles is one of our Chinese excellent traditional culture. The teaching of Chinese writings in classical styles is one of the main contents an important link in the school's humane study. It can also improve Chinese teaching in some way. The proportion of the classical style of writing in New Book is made up from 20% adding to 40%, however, it's more difficult to improve the teaching skills. In this article, I'll stress on how to explore the teaching in the classical style of writing to train the students' learning skills using the non-intelligence factors. It will describe four sections: firstly, the theory of the non-intelligence factors.I'll describe the non-intelligence's meaning, characteristic, function and the relationship between itself and the intelligence factor. It refers to the important variable that will influence the studying quality. It acts an important role in the student's studying activity. Secondly, the purpoes of the classical style of teaching. The teaching material in the classical style of the writing is rich in education latent capacity. It also can stengthen the students in moral accomplishment, build up their willpower, train them to have patriotic, and increase national confidence and social sense of responsibility. Thirdly, the usage and training methods in teaching the classical style of teaching with the help of the non-intelligence factor. I'll talk about training methods using the non-intelligence factor in five ways. It combines the training in interest, the motive training, the emotion training, the will training and the characteristic training. Fourthly, the master of principle in training the classical style of teaching with the help of the non-intelligence facotr and the demand on the teacher's quality. The train of using the non-intelligence must obey the students' psychological developing feature. It not only outstands the nucleus, but also develops coordinated. Meanwhile, it has to combine the intelligence developing and able developing. It must pay attention to the present teaching material. Teachers must change their ideas, they must keep on learning, love their students, give their own examples in teaching their students.
