Teacher management is the central work among rural junior middle school management. The core of teacher management is in inspiring teachers. To lay the foundation for my essay, I have got a lot of first-hand information by means of studying the Western classical theory of incentives and doing in-depth researches on 9 rural junior middle schools in Liyang by conducting surveys in the form of releasing the questionnaire and doing statistical analysis. On this basis, my essay aims to analyze the problems that exist among the policy of inspiring teachers in Liyang rural junior middle schools, and thus demonstrating the methods and ways of how to inspire teachers effectively.This paper is divided into five main majorities.In the first part the author relates to the concept and definition and it summarizes the incentive research status at home and abroad, and the ideas and methods in this paper are based on the research.In the second part, the author reveals the present situation in nine rural junior middle school teacher incentives by issuing questionnaires and interviews and makes a statistical analysis.In the third part, the author exposes the incentive problems among the teachers in Liyang junior middle schools from both the macro-View and micro-View, and makes an attributive analysis.In the fourth part, the author provides suggestions on the ways and means of increasing the incentive according to the problems discovered and the use of incentive theory based on the fact of rural junior middle schools.In the fifth part, the author makes a summary of the whole essay, highlight the innovation of this paper and the problems which failed to be solved in this paper.
