Study of the incentive measures satisfaction on rural primary school teachers can help us to further understand the current rural primary school teachers' recognition of existing incentive measures and incentives satisfaction can affect teachers' teaching enthusiasm,work enthusiasm,thus influence education and teaching quality.Therefore,the research and probes on current rural primary school teachers incentive measures satisfaction have very important practical significance.First of all,based on the reading and arrangement of much relevant literature,combined with the current social and policy background,sort out the factors of research status about incentive measures satisfaction of rural primary school teachers,which laid a theoretical foundation for further analysis.Secondly,the study consults seriously more than 4000 education information and announcement that is relevant to the teacher management from education website of sample area education bureau,and further sort the current existing incentive measures respectively from the government level,school level and social level through the interview method to grasp existing incentives of rural primary schools.At last,gather information and data of satisfaction of rural teacher on incentive measures through questionnaire survey.In survey,the questionnaire includes three main factors:government,schools and society,and multiple projects of the two aspects : material incentives and spiritual incentives.Taking 4 point,the questionnaire reliability conforms to the requirement of education test through the pretest.Again,the study chooses 80 primary school teachers in eight rural primary schools of FY city A province,samples personal factors such as gender,age,title,working years and degree,and gets 67 valid questionnaires finally.Using SPSS18.0statistical software for data processing respectively from the three main basic factors project,different material and spiritual motivation,at the same time with gender,age,title,working years and education background for the independent variable,analyzed the basic situation of rural teachers incentive satisfaction.The conclusions are as follows: 1.Teachers' satisfactions on school and government material incentives are low.2.The satisfactions of younger teachers and older teachers about government and school incentives are low.3.The satisfaction of female teachers is lower than that of male teachers.4.The satisfaction of professional title evaluation method and evaluationsystem are low.Finally,according to the data results of rural elementary school teachers incentive satisfaction,put forward the corresponding reform countermeasures,providing the reference suggestion for education administration and school leadership's decision-making and management.
