At present, many of the Rural Junior Middle Schools in Kunshan are faced with different degrees of difficulties. The lack of a vibrant high quality teaching team is one of the common problems in the school development . Therefore, it is a good method to set up the motivation management mechanism for the rural junior middle Schools. To lay the foundation for my essay, I have got a lot of first-hand information by means of studying the western classical theory of incentives and doing in-depth researches on Kunshan Rural Junior Middle Schools by conducting surveys in the forms of releasing the questionnaire and doing statistical analysis.
