Developing agricultural vocational education vigorously and accelerating the exploitation of human resources are significant actions for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating Yulin through science and education and strengthening city through the talents, propelling new industrialization path of Yulin, promoting employment and re-employment and resolving"three dimensional rural issues". The thesis analyzed the necessities for Yulin of developing agricultural vocational education vigorously on the basis of the research on the theories of vocational education and agricultural vocational education and drawing on the advanced experience of other countries'agricultural vocational education. The analysis of present situations of agricultural vocational education of Yulin indicates several severe problems of the development as a whole of agricultural vocational education of Yulin. The problems mainly were (1) It was rather deficient in agriculture technical personnel (2) There were extremely few students in college of medium vocational education (3) There were too many administration institutes and they were mixed.(4)It was lack of funds for agricultural vocational education.In view of existing problems and characteristics of agricultural vocational education, several countermeasures are proposed. The countermeasures are mainly (1) Establish orientation-determined service model of agricultural vocational education. (2) Execute individuality education and foster comprehensively creative spirit and practice ability. (3) Adjust mayor establishment according to the market demand. (4) Strengthen teacher staff building. (5) Enhance policy support strength and increase funds for agricultural vocational education.The thesis summarized three typical examples during developing agricultural vocational education of Yulin."Mizhi'female household management school builds labor-service exporting brand pattern'"realizes the great output of surplus labor force; Module teaching of vegetable major of Yulin agricultural college makes the students own good major quality and capability and easily adaptable to society; Rich and colorful students'individuality education of Yulin agricultural college makes the students own high comprehensive quality and obtain employment easily, which drive the college to develop fast. Through the analysis of the examples, we may draw the conclusion that only in this way that adjusting promptly thoughts of running the college according to market can we promote sustainable development of agricultural vocational education of Yulin.
