The boom development of higher education is one of the goals for all countries in world. Teachers in universities play an important role with the development of higher education .Young teachers represent the future of universities. So it is urgent to solve the problems of young teachers' growth and development in universities.Teachers' professional growth and development is the process which teachers should enrich and perfect their professional quality structure in their professional lives.The paper mainly uses the on-the-spot observation and literature review.
