At present,young teachers in Colleges and universities have become the main force in the construction of university faculty,and their training quality and development status is of great significance for improving the quality of higher education.This study is concerned with the demands of the professional development of young teachers in Colleges and universities.As the research object of this paper is the specific requirement from 21 universities of Hainan Province,the young teachers' professional development,so the dimension of design in the professional development of university teachers on the questionnaire focused on the professional development of College Teachers' demand attention in the teaching,scientific research and social service ability of teachers and internal demand and external schools should meet the demands of etc..In this study,1162 samples from 21 universities in Hainan province were selected for age screening(40 years below)by SPSS 21.A sample of 550 of capacity was randomly selected,and then 540 effective samples were screened out.The specific statistical methods include descriptive statistics,independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance.Its research results and countermeasures are as follows.Research results show:Firstly,as far as the overall demands are concerned,the young teachers of colleges and universities highly pay attention to their own professional development planning requirements.And improving the teaching ability has become the most needed content for the professional development of young teachers.Secondly,In terms of gender difference,young female teachers in colleges and universities are more concerned about the enhancement of the scientific research ability and professional learning opportunities than young male teachers,and they take on more home duty than male teachers.Thus,their demands for time are more intense.Thirdly,In terms of age difference,young teachers under 30 years old in colleges and universities are more concerned about their knowledge reserves and improvement of professional skills than those are 36-40 years old,and they care more about their learning opportunities.Fourthly,In terms of educational level difference,young teachers with higher educational level in colleges and universities pay more attention to the improvement of the scientific research environment,and those with low educational level pay more attention to professional skills and ideas.Fifthly,In terms of professional titles difference,young teachers with higher professional titles in colleges and universities are more concerned about the demands of scientific research and time,while those with lower professional titles are more concerned about the improvement of their own skills.It shows that the degree of professionalization of young teachers in Colleges and universities varies with their professional titles.The higher the professional titles,the more professional the young teachers are.Based on the above research results,Based on the results above,we find that we should pay attention to the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities,and focus on the training,pay attention to the differences of the professional development demands of young teachers in colleges and universities,and satisfy the differences in different dimensions(including gender,age,educational background,positional titles.)In order to meet the demands of the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities,the school should formulate a scientific and systematic plan for the professional development of young teachers in order to meet the demands of the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities.Fully consider the effective form of promoting the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
