The text is based on senior middle school mathematics teaching situation analysis, attempting to improve teaching efficiency and set a good example for basic maths teaching. Ganna's theory emphasized the process of learning mathematics which deals with information. At the same time it has great influence on learners from environment. He divides the learning process into eight steps: motivation, knowing, obtaining, keeping, recalling, summary, operation, and giving back, especially teachers' function. According to the theory, we put forward a mathematics teaching modal, that is, creating situational problem, thrilling students' motivation, building up connection of knowledge, leading students to grasp spirit. By changing practice methods, we can strengthen understanding of aspect. Encourage students to co-operate with each other and check themselves. Using different step training skills can test students ability to solve the problems, inspiring the students interesting. So the article proves it is effective and operative by using examples.
