The article researches the matter that modern information technology combines with primary language course under education modernization setting. It probes into the relating problem about that from theory and practice. Following the theory of system theory, thought science and developing, modern information technology offer a good studying environment, so as to ensure students' predominant role and fulfill autonomic learning, exploration learning, cooperation learning, also for lifelong education and to waken students' learning motivation and cultivate spirit of innovation and practice skills. In primary language reading teaching, writing teaching and oral teaching, information technology has advantage than other ways. It may adapt divergent thinking of students' and deal with sudden occurrence in the classroom. The article is divided into five parts: the chapter 1, analyzes the basic situation and future forecast about at home and abroad; the next, analyzes the rationale about combining modern information technology with primary language course; then, discusses the feasibility and superiority; the chapter 4 discusses the disadvantage and countermeasures and questions raised for consideration or solution. According to this paper , we can gain the conclusion that combines modern' information technology with primary language course is good for primary pupils' interesting. It is also the only way to culture 21st century talented people.
