Based on constructivist theory and multiple intelligence theory, combined with the requirements of "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program Of Information Technology In Primary And Secondary School (Trial)", with full analysis and examine the current status of primary school teaching of information technology. I determined on starting this topic of research.Electronic version of the development of information technology-based teaching is neither a complement of local materials, nor is the existing school-based teaching materials processing, but rather based on national requirements and regulations. It will focus on action research method, with conventional classroom teaching practice as the main target of action research. It will summarize the development of information technology-based teaching materials from practical experience. The investigation method and other methods have collected a variety of ways.The Primary School Attached NENU, carried out with Primary School-based curriculum development of information technology disciplines as the basis. According to the exploration,we do several efforts:First,we have deep discussions about the "Survey of Information Technology Curriculum Design (Trial)"to have a clear goal of teaching materials; Second, we had a research on the School-based Teaching Materials knowledge hierarchy; Third we make sure about the information technology-based teaching organizational structure, and finally to the preparation of teaching materials. Through the practical application of teaching materials,we eplored the "task-driven and situational teaching" teaching mode, improve the mission-driven teaching methods, trying to integrate information technology with the new paradigm of discipline,enhance education and teaching effectiveness. As well as applied in practice after the comparative analysis of student achievement, fully reflect this set of features and advantages of school-based teaching materials.Through the topics of this study will be conducted in the past carried out a number of piecemeal developments. The development of school-based teaching methods and strategies can provide information technology to other schools, as well as provincial and municipal information technology, construction of the curriculum and provide a reference and teaching material.
