Study On Management Mechanism Of Compulsory Education On Accompanying Children Of Rural Workers

With the progress of industrialization and urbanization of our country, a large number of rural workers flow to cities to look for work, they are called rural workers in cities. Rural workers' flowing presented "the family" trend, a large-scale group of rural workers' children produced. Because the various obstacle factor taking form under dual social structure is still playing a restrict role in children's going to school of rural workers in cities, then expedited children' s compulsory education issue of rural workers. The children's compulsory education issue of rural workers has already become the social issue which the entire society paid attention to together, whether this problem to be solved will has the profound influence to carry out the science development view and construct the harmonious society.
