China,in 21 st century,has entered a golden period of economic development,with numerous high-rise buildings in the city,which brings their builders-“migrant workers”,this special group come to people's views.Meanwhile,tens of millions of migrant workers in cities have brought a large number of their children in their education age to cities,which presents a faster speed and a growing number trend.In this context,migrant workers children compulsory education began to be widely concerned by scholars from all works of life.How to solve the problem—migrant works children in the city enjoy the education equally –which not only to achieve the education fairness,but also to maintain social stability as well as to improve education level,cultivating good quality for future builders and ensuring the modernization of sustainable and rapid development needs.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and solve the problem existing in the compulsory education of migrant workers' children.This paper researches the problem existing in the compulsory education of migrant workers' children with the method of literature,comparative study and case study.It found that there is a “high threshold” of public school enrollment in their children including admission opportunity unequal,channel single,not playing the power of the private education,local students school choice in disguised forms to seize the high quality of educational resources,public school compulsory overrun,depending on the burden of migrant workers to migrant the children and other problems.The main reason of the problems of migrant workers' children education are: the binary household registration system,compulsory education financial system,publish schools lack of funding and limited capacity,the low economic and culture levels of migrant workers,migrant workers with children into the poor school social integration.The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the problem and reason of the compulsory education of migrant workers' children including: to promote the reform of household registration system,to optimize the allocation of comp education resources,to establish a reasonable mechanism for the protection of education funds,clear responsibility of governments at all levels in training migrant workers children composing education.Therefore,to build a three-dimensional model of “school education social education and family education”.
