The Research Case Of The Campus Culture Integration Of The Merger Of University

The wave tide of the merger of university since the early 90's of 20 century is called "the second time of the large-scale of the department adjustment since 1949.The "from top to bottom" reformation is unprecedented in history and its influence is profound. We Should know that it is hard to become the real excellent university without deep culture and the deep culture of the universities should be combined through a long time .Therefore, during the merger of university, the cultural integration on campus shows its importance, we can say that the cultural integration on campus is an essential factor to realize the merger. This paper takes the merger of Nanchang University as example, try to explore the problems which appeared in the process, the state development of and put forward some measures which might be good for the integration of culture in other university.Firstly, this paper explains the theories---the merger of culture in university, summarizes the meaning, function and character of it, points out the particularities and significances in it. Secondly, this paper analyzes the progress and state of Nanchang University culture. On the basis of abstracting ex-merger Nanchang University culture, we analyze the progress and condition nowadays. At last, we set out the counter measures: Adhere to the people-centered approach, building the common ideal of the merger of university; Carry forward the motto's meaning to exhibit the spirit and temperament of the merger of university; design plans well, and enrich the content of the campus material culture; Advocate academic freedom, and create a merged college academic atmosphere; Encourage teachers and students' participation and stimulate the establishment of campus culture by excellent school spirit.
