Campus culture as a subculture morphology, is a part of the culture of the society, which is created and formed in a long-term process of running by all members of the campus. Campus culture is the sum of the campus spirit and the cultural environment which cultivates the campus spirit that are accepted by all members of the campus. At the same time, campus culture reflects the spiritual outlook ways of thinking, values and code of conduct of teachers and students. The university campus has its own unique cultural style and atmosphere, which plays the role that tangible executive power can not match. and plays an imperceptible role of nurturing and infection on all members of the campus, which also affects and change their spiritual consciousness and behavior, making them naturally continue moving forward towards a certain goal in this culture. Campus culture not only shows a school development idea, but also shows the development direction of a school. So it can be said that the campus culture is the connotation brand of the school development.Vocational colleges as an important part of the college have their own specific goals and educational philosophy and have their own characteristics and laws of development. Similarly, the campus culture of vocational colleges as an important part of the university campus culture in china has a system structure with the overall nature. For the combined vocational colleges, how to perfectly integrate the school culture of the different backgrounds and ultimately achieve substantive amalgamation of the compus become a problem we need to actively think about.This paper consists of three main parts. The first part includes introduction and related theoretical overview, which mainly introduces the research background and significance, research content, research ideas and methods and research framework of this paper. At the same time, it elaborates organizational culture, campus culture and the related theory of integration about campus culture and pointes out the importance of the integration of the campus culture after the amalgamation of vocational colleges. the second part describes the current situation of M campus culture from the four levels of culture and puts forward the importance of the integration of the campus culture, and also pointes out the existence problem from the current situation after the amalgamation of M vocational colleges and subsequently identifies the causes of these problems. Similarly, it also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems. the third part mainly includes conclusions and innovation points, as well as the defects of this article and the problem needing to be studied in the future.This subject studies the campus culture of M vocational colleges through four levels of the culture and finds the problem of cultural integration.
