The merger of the university is an important measure in the process of the reform of higher education management in our country; it forms a number of multi-campus universities. After a period of integrating and blending, merged university has a rapid development , as a sign of substantive consolidation, the work of the campus culture integration also make some achievements. Common ideals of education and pursuit of spirit makes the construction of the multi-campus campus culture of the merged university go out of the woods, and start a depth integration. In the new educational situation, merged university has entered a new stage of development, in this particular historical period, how to excavate the new connotation of the campus culture on the base of promoting its depth integration, how to face the practical problems of the multi-campus university, and how to focus on building a higher level harmonious campus culture according to the new requirements of the high level university campus culture, they all become the new tasks of the construction of the multi-campus campus culture of the merged university.Firstly, this paper elaborates the basic theory of the multi-campus campus culture of the merged university, sums up the background and the way of the merged university formation, summarizes the uniqueness which the multi-campus is different from the single campus in the construction of the campus culture, re-examines the unique role of the campus culture in the merged university multi-campus school; in the process of analyzing the current situation of the construction of the multi-campus campus culture of the merged university, cards the reality problem of the construction of the multi-campus campus culture of the merged university. Secondly, do a participatory research on the case of Yangzhou University, understanding the integration and building initiatives of multi-campus campus culture after merging. On the one hand, through a questionnaire survey, make a satisfaction analysis of campus culture on the case school, identify the impact of the construction of campus culture satisfaction factors; on the other hand, make a summary and conclusion on the integration practice process of the multi-campus campus culture of the case school, extract the experience of the integration and building of the multi-campus campus culture of case school. Finally, Conduct a comprehensive and multi-perspective study in building a higher level harmonious campus culture on the basis of multi-campus integration; make a number of suggestions for the construction of the multi-campus campus culture of the merged university from the four aspects of spirit harmony, resource sharing, new activities and institution innovation.
