Public higher vocational colleges are the main force of China's vocational education,and higher vocational teachers are the implementers of vocational education.Non-staff teachers are an important part of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Their contribution to vocational education cannot be ignored.Due to the influence of policies and historical reasons,non-staff teachers have received unfair treatment in terms of salary,welfare and career development.How to improve the enthusiasm of non-staff teachers through the construction of motivation system in the existing environment is an important and practical topic.The current situation of non-staff teachers' motivation in public higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province is worrying,the motivation measures are insufficient,the motivation strength is insufficient,and the two most critical motivation factors of fair salary and equal status have not been established,which has seriously affected the stability and enthusiasm of non-staff teachers.In this paper,the qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted.On the basis of consulting relevant documents and carrying out an overall research on the motivation of non-staff teachers in public higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,further investigation and research are carried out on the motivation mechanism of non-staff teachers in Guangzhou P College through questionnaires and interviews.The problems existing in the motivation mechanism of non-staff teachers in Guangzhou P College are deeply explored,and a set of motivation mode for non-staff teachers that meets the development needs of Guangzhou P College is explored,thus providing ideas and reference for solving the motivation problem of non-staff teachers in public higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward that the motivation mechanism for non-staff teachers in public higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province should first start from the policy level,strengthen the guarantee of funds,actively promote the reform of management system in public institutions,speed up the reform of personnel system in public institutions,give schools more autonomy,perfect the employment system for non-staff teachers,and effectively use performance motivation to promote the salary system for teachers in vocational colleges.At the school level,they should respect non-staff teachers,attach importance to the construction of non-staff teachers,formulate scientific and reasonable plans for the construction of non-staff teachers,broaden the model of teacher introduction,improve the income level of outstanding non-staff teachers,pay attention to the rational use of health care factors and motivation factors,optimize the relationship between colleagues and working environment,attach importance to teacher development,optimize the training mechanism of non-staff teachers,increase the composition of motivation factors as much as possible,and stimulate the sense of responsibility,honor and achievement of non-staff teachers.
