This text try to illustrate the current situation in our country of the shrinking of traditional Chinese culture and the lack of the humanities education,by analysing the cultural appearance of attaching importance to science but despising the liberal arts,attaching importance to foreign culture but despising Chinese culture,as emphasizing the form but despising the content,emphasizing the ideal but despising the actual effect on the upsurge of traditional Chinese culture at current time in our country.Facing the appearance of little-effect of Chinese-education and the poor Chinese accomplishment in the students,an vigorous discussion about Chinese just as a mean or as humanity way, it is koowledge-standarded or ability-standarded is being set off at current educational circles,this discussion leads to the powerful voice of Chinese-lesson-reform,but how to reform the Chinese-education?Everyone is still probing it.From three aspect of keeping up the outstanding traditional culture,the internal charm of traditional Chinese culture and the new Chinese curriculum,this text try to illustrate that one of the objectives of the Chinese-education is expanding the excellent traditional culture,as fostering the students' perfect character,and the traditional Chinese culture education is the best way of humanities-education. At the practical tactics,this text bring forth the opinion as that,the sense of generalized-Chinese should be set up,the traditional culture should be ket up critically and be innovated continuously;At the social education,we should devote much attention to the civilized effect of the medium and the residential district;At the school -education,we should combine the essence of traditional Chinese culture with the scientific education concept,and offer the related contents of traditional Chinese culture education scientifically from the respects of the curriculum objective,the teachers' accomplishment,the teaching material installation,the extending reading,the teaching form and the teaching evaluation,etc.,so that the traditional Chinese culture education will reach the aim of civilization really.
