Recently, there are many vocational colleges who have been seeking and practicing the fostering ways to which are fit for their own students, and developing the courses'reformation to achieve the purpose. TYCS Vocational College has been reformed the courses on the base of the process of basic work. It contains several kinds of important reformation in the way of courses'concepts, objects, developing methods, contents and teaching ways. Therefore, the teachers have to take part in the reformation actively, further more, they need to design the courses based on its working process. Besides, they have to try their best to make some changes, in the aspects of thoughts, abilities and teaching ways, to suit the courses what has already been reformed. But we have to say that this college has been reforming their courses for a short time. However, their leaders put much emphasis on it. They believe that only the teachers'potentials have been aroused completely, can the reformation get great success. This college takes the way of praising the teachers, who has been engaged in the two subjects; by speaking highly of their great behavior and helping them to improve comprehensive abilities, to encourage them to finish the job very well. The paper considers that this college has already had some effects by using the documents, reviewing and investigating. On the other hand, it still has the encouraging problems in the aspects of material, mental, self‐improvement and negative encouragement, and so on. Hence, the paper offers following suggestions about those problems: multi‐level attention to teacher demand; with the rules and norms of teacher incentives;to help teachers to professional career planning and to establish a deep, long‐term cooperation with enterprises.
