The Research For Optimize Learning Styles

By comprehensively utilizing the literature law, case combination and mathematic modeling, the paper preliminarily explored and studied the optimization of learning style. Based on the analysis of the pros and cons of traditional learning styles, as well as the relationship between traditional and current learning styles, the paper discussed the various definitions of current learning styles and re-divided and redefined the learning styles from the viewpoint of teaching practice. The paper analyzed the characteristics of learning styles; studied the differences and similarities among the learning styles, learning methods, learning principles, learning strategy and learning style. The paper also set up the multi-dimensional modeling of learning style, and based on this, classified the learning styles by Autonomy-Inquiry, Autonomy-Cooperation, and Inquiry-Cooperation.Through theoretical research and teaching practice, the paper presented three basic approaches of learning styles optimizations as: improving traditional learning methods, optimization and combination of current learning styles and constructing new learning styles. Based on the study of principle of selecting learning styles, the paper discussed how to improve learning styles and how to optimize and combine current learning styles. The paper also introduced a new learning style - the innovative multidimensional learning style, which was created by the author during his practice of teaching, in order to make up the deficiencies of the one-dimensional learning style. As the focus of this paper, this new learning style was detailed studied and discussed. Some controversial issues were discussed as well. Finally, the suggestions for the relevant policies were made to provide a good environment for the promoting innovative multidimensional learning styles and training creative talents.
