Under the new situation of increasingly fierce competition in the construction of world-class universities,the most important thing for universities to maintain their own advantages and seize the opportunity to speed up their development is the construction of talent team.The most important thing in the development of universities is talents.The first-class talents are the important support for the construction of the first-class universities.The new era of knowledge economy is the theme of the present society,and knowledge innovation is the theme of the new era.The foundation and fundamental guarantee of the national innovation system is the University.In the strategic layout of building a strong country with talents,higher education is shouldering an important historical mission,and the overall quality of university teachers plays an important role in the development of higher education.The key to the construction of "double first class" in Colleges and universities lies in the construction of teaching staff.The introduction of high-level talents is an important means of the construction of teaching staff in Colleges and universities.At present,China's universities generally take the strategy of "strengthening the university with talents" as the core of development,aiming to rapidly improve the school running strength and scientific research level by introducing talents.Compared with the first-class universities at home and abroad,the quantity and quality of talent team in Colleges and universities in Henan Province are relatively lagging behind,so it is urgent to pay more attention to talent introduction and service.In this paper,the status quo of the introduction of high-level talents in Z colleges and universities in Henan Province,as well as the analysis of countermeasures and the implementation of policies,are taken as the main research contents to explore a more efficient and convenient way for colleges and universities to introduce high-level talents.Through literature research,comparative research,interdisciplinary analysis and interviews,this paper finds out the current situation of the introduction of high-level talents in Z University,and analyzes the main problems and causes of the introduction of high-level talents in Z University,including the low comprehensive strength,the weak educational foundation,the lack of perfect entrance planning and examination mechanism,and the lack of communication in the implementation of treatment policies for difficult talents There are three reasons: education policy environment,talent policy making and talent policy implementation.On the basis of finding out the current situation of talent introduction in Z University,finding out the problems and analyzing the reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for policy optimization: breaking through the historical and regional influence,making scientific talent training plan,establishing a systematic assessment management system,actively implementing the treatment of talent introduction,and planning the use of talents scientifically. |
