Since the 1990s, a new round curriculum reform of basic education has been developing step by step , as the key link of the reform of curriculum , which is not only a opportunity , but also is a challenge. New curriculum also emergences lots of new problems in the process, which need to be solved by education and teaching theoretical worker and teachers on the first line of teaching.Constructionism,multiple intelligences and postmodernism as the theoretical basis of national new round curriculum reform of basic education , which have produced the important influence and enlightenment function. They are be reflected in many details , such as the reform of educational structure,teaching method and curriculum assessment. As for as information technology lesson is concerned, information technology curriculum's students' schoolwork assessment also regard the constructionism,multiple intelligences and postmodernism as the basis of assessment and the method direction. Specific as: formation of teaching structure based on students, advocating students' development of multiple intelligence, and respecting students' differences and promoting students' individual development.The new curriculum points out to cultivate students' innovation spirit and practical ability. As for as the spirit and property of the information technology curriculum are concerned , which especially need to enhance students' innovatory thought and practical ability. How to make student to learning information technology, then obtain the essential knowledge,skill ability, cultivating corresponding information consciousness, therewith finally improve students' information literacy. How to determine students' information literacy which has been improved and spur students' development? First, this letterpress unscrambles the current assessment status-quo of information literacy curriculum in high school. Second, this letterpress thorough and overall analysis and explanate the connotation and characteristics of the three theory: constructionism,postmodernism and multiple intelligences. Third, this letterpress overall researches four assessment methods : test method,performance assessment,dissertation schoolwork assessment and portfolio assessment . Researching one by one and comparative studies the assessment method of connotation,goal,function,traits and practicability etc. Finally, penman chooses high school attached to Zhejiang normal university as the practical base of these four assessment methods.
