In the information age,information technology application ability has become the mastered ability of teachers' information technology teaching.In 2013,the Ministry of Education issued the The Opinions About the Implementation of the National Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Information Technology Application Ability Promotion Project,and the Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Information Technology Application Ability Standard(Trial)in 2014.The policy on the application of information technology in primary and secondary school teachers(including kindergartens)indicates that the state pay great attention in the development and improvement of teachers' information technology application ability.In order to understand the information technology application ability of kindergarten teachers after completing the training of information technology improvement project in Guangzhou,and the information technology application ability condition of pre-school teachers after learning the subject Modern Educational Technology,the evaluation method of situational judgment is used in this paper to evaluate the development of kindergarten teachers,in which the situation is presented in the form of video.Based on the survey results,this paper summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the main reasons,and puts forward the strategies to improve the application ability of kindergarten teachers 'information technology,and provides relevant theoretical support and practical experience to promote the innovation of teachers' information technology application ability evaluation methods.This paper selects kindergarten teachers and the preschool education teachers in Guangzhou as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey method,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of kindergarten teachers' application on information technology from the following dimensions: the technology literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,assessment and diagnosis,learning and development.Investigation results are that kindergarten teachers are weak in the application of information technology application ability to change the students' learning ability,Information technology and curriculum finishing capacity needs to be improved and so on.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the application ability of kindergarten teachers' information technology: Educational administration develop a reasonable kindergarten teacher training course content system and design kindergarten teacher information technology application ability training evaluation system,Kindergarten establish teacher training evaluation and incentive mechanism to build information technology teaching environment and so on.
