In 21 century, the development of science and technology made them to be more significant in society development, therefore, it is imperious to strengthen people's science literacy. The Science and Technology Museum has been considered to be the important resource for improving citizens'science literacy. The combination of Science and Technology Museum and school-based science curriculum has important value in science education.In this research, the critical principles of school-based science curriculum (7-9 grade) development based on Science and Technology Museum has been abstracted through the research on science education based on Science and Technology Museums in China and other countries and on teachers and students in 9 grade. The resreach suggests that the curriculum object is based on science curriculum standard with school-based science curriculum's characteristics, therefore, the object is to utilize Science and Technology Museums as education resource sufficiently, and to improve every student's science literacy who can share the resource. The paper also suggests several principles to select curriculum content: based on Science and Technology Museum resources, improving students'science litercy as object, based on students'knowledge and experiences, according with students'perceive characteristics and interests, reflecting on morden science and technology. Furthermore, the curriculum contents should be integrated in the following principles: based mainly on students'psychological logic, assistant with science subject's logic, according with Science and Technology Museum exhibits'characteristics, coordinating in and between different subjects, reflecting curriculum designers'ideas.This paper suggests several advices for implementary in terms of preparing, forms and feedbacks. Then, I designed a science curriculum based on"BMW clean energy"exhibits. Furthermore, I suggested relevant advices in three aspects. In the end, expectations for futrue studies have also been raised. |
