The "Scientific Compendium Outline" puts forward new requirements for the scientific quality of the whole people.By 2020,the proportion of citizens' scientific literacy should be more than 10%,especially for young people.General Secretary Xi also strongly supported scientific and technological innovation and scientific popularization at the National Science and Technology Innovation Conference.And he made scientific and technological innovation and scientific popularization as two wings of innovation and development.The " Compulsory education primary school science curriculum standards "(new revised edition)adds 1-2 grade science course,new technology and engineering content,new responsibilities to society and the environment,which pays more attention to training pupils' scientific literacy.Through the study of previous theories,this article explains science curriculum,curriculum development and other core concepts,makes science curriculum development principles,goals,content,implementation and evaluation clear.On this basis,take the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum as an example,then conduct research on the science curriculum development for primary school.Interview the scientific staff of the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum,understand the development of primary science curriculum in Chongqing Science and Technology Museum,used the "Fire Escape" and "Forest and I" as a class example to clarify how the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum developed the science curriculum of primary school.According to the feedback from the science curriculum development practitioner of the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum,it can conclude that the development of the primary science curriculum of the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum basically fulfill the original intention.It is great valuable for primary school students to promote their science literacy.However,there are also some problems : Science workers are not familiar with the principles of curriculum development;curriculum content should be expanded,such as biology and life skills;school team concentration lead to the implementation difficulties;evaluation systems are not complete.To solve these problems,the paper gives the corresponding solutions finally.
